  • In sleep paralysis you may be unable to move your arms, legs or any body parts when you falling asleep or waking up

  • Sometimes you may also feel faltering breathing (pressure in the chest).

  • You may experience hallucinations during this situation, like you may hear, feel, or see such things that don’t exist.

  • In sleep paralysis situation, try to screaming loudly so that someone’ll come to you and can help you immediately.
